I'm so happy for London. This is going to create new jobs and it's also going to be a fantastic occasion.
The fact that London defeated cities like Newyork, Madrid, Moscow, and Paris is something extra special.

My dear, London is going to host the best Olympic games ever. It's even going to be better than Sydney.
Do you know that the Wembley stadium where the football final will be played cost £757 million? You can imagine how nice this stadium is going to be.

Londoners are ready to pay for everything. The government has said that it's going to create new jobs, bring new and modern infrastructures to London, not to talk of creating improved transportation.
What makes it special is the fact that London defeated 4 great cities in the world. As for me personally, I'm so happy that London was prefered to Newyork.

No I think London worked very hard for the victory. The presentation was very good.
And talking about France, that Chirac man had been getting on my nerves. Can you imagine him saying that London can only offer "foot and mouth disease". You can imagine how he felt when London was declared the winner even though Paris had been favourites for so long.
Tony Blair said he punched the air and danced when he heard the final outcome.
