Nigeria failed to pay under 20 coach for 8 months.
Guys, the Nigerian under 20 coach Samson Siasia has revealed that he has not been payed by the Nigerian football association (NFA) for 8 months. Siasia led the Nigeria under 20 team to the final of the world youth championship in Holland. Amazingly, he is still to recieve his salary and bonuses. The NFA chairman has said that Siasia will recieve his salary including bonuses next week.
But my question is why should the Siasia go 8 months without getting paid? How does the NFA expect him to survive if they're not paying him on time?

Not really, I just wanted to show the negligence and some of the flaws of Nigerian football administration so that guys like Paj and Kolinzo will know that Nigerian football is going downhill rather than upwards as they claimed.

well maybe you're right, but this is the sport section and it's not supposed to be boring. But there are so many women (no offence) on NR and most of them are not sport fans and I'm begining to discover that only a handfull of guys visit the sport section.
I'm trying to get some of my friends to be NR members but they said they're having problems with registration, I believe they're going to spice up the sport section when they finally become members.

Yeah right in your dreams. Never the less, I'll support Nigeria whenever they play Brazil cos there's no team that I hate more than Brazil. I remember Atlanta 96 when Nigeria beat Brazil 4-3. But let's be realistic Nigeria is not a good team at present.

World cup USA 1994: Argentina 2 Nigeria 1
Atlanta Olympic 1996: Argentina 1 Nigeria 2
World cup 2002: Argentina 1 Nigeria 0

As you can see, Argentina has been beating Nigeria and I see no need to join the Nigeria supporters fanclub except when Nigeria is playing Brazil.
Maybe you should start supporting Argentina.

Actually my ex-girlfriend (Nigerian) tried converting me to a Nigerian supporter but she failed. So I don't think you'll succeed.
Maybe Genevieve has a chance of succeeding if she tries to convert me.
