Rulers, I have 20 questions for you -
I would like to know how you all rate Nollywood's portrayal love scenes. What do you like or hate about the ones you have watched. What can be done to improve them. What movies do you think had the best love scenes and why?

I haven't seen any love scenes in any nollywood movies.

Im yet to see any "love scene" in any nollywood movies.

There's dis movie i watched dat featured Cossy where she acted a ***** and she's supposed to be having sex with this lebanese dude. Dayyyuuuum, if u guys saw the dude was so into her boobs like it depended on it. And honestly, he was really sucking it. Can't remember the name of the film now though??? but i'll try and find out.

For those who havent really been impressed about Nollywood love scene. Get a copy of "Kill the Bride" today. There are great 2.5 love scene in the movie. I hardly see anything like it in Hollywood movie.

No Zimmy, my film is an action flick not a love flick. I was just having argument as to whether there has been one. And you guys are killing me
I thought there's been plenty except they are not that well done. Where is Khami, he would know .... I remember him talking about one between Anunobi and Jim Iyke, I forget the name of the movie.

And Zimmy .. I thought you off all people would know... couldn't resist that either.

that's one thing that pisses me off in their films. you are portraying someone having sex and they are both full clothed i mean i'm not saying shoot a porno but at least put some fire into it excite the audience. nobody is saying do a halle berry in monster's ball sex scene i mean make it inviting and tasteful e.g. mr&mrs smith style(well without the violence)

well, i remember two movies that had somewhat of a love scene. the first one i watched last weekend but i don't remember the title. it had chioma chukwuka and saint obi in it. they went into the room, he starts kissing her neck, he takes off her shirt i think and then his head just goes straight down and all we see is chioma's face looking like....well, u get the point! anyhoo, i remember my sis and I going "what happened to naija movies" lol

the other one was this ramsey nouah and SDA movie where they were in a village and just got busy on the grass in the forest somewhere but that was wild too cuz they LOOKED nekkid, although i'm very sure they weren't.

I don't know about love scenes but Eucharia has been in some pretty heated kissing scenes. Deep Loss with Jim Iyke and the South African Chick acting as Eucharia's daughter. Then this other film with Zack Orji as her husband, can't remember the name but she was cheating on him with the driver, they almost did it in the Kitchen!

The website goes live sometime this week. don't know exactly when . The trailer for "the making of" and the teaser for the movie will be on the site.

@Pompom, Songs of sorrow with Ini Edo and Muna. The scene where Pat Attah walked in on them in the hotel room, that was pretty believable. That film with Cossy too, i remember that scene but the title of the film escapes me, not to forget Omo T and Segun in the prostitute that was certainly believable, it was pretty explicit by Afro film standards.
These are the only three i can think of.
The rest just looked like they were fighting under the sheets.

R- With exception of Total Nudity. (Athough the scenes weren't extensive but how the main actress did allowed herself to be tongue kissed (twiced), is bearable to Halle in Monster Balls)
