I have learnt that when a girl is in love, Ramsey Noah is the man.
I have learnt that being kind to your girlfriend is destroying your relationship.
I have learnt that you should never say no to crappy script.
I have learnt that I still have a lot to learn from nollywood

That it's those close to you that can hurt you the most
Never to trust anyone blindly
Not to tell your girlfriends everything
Never to take anything at face value
To love with all your heart and to expect to be loved back
That it's important to have a career as a woman

Nollywood is reality, Hollywood is fantasy. The Naija movies I have seen all deal with reality and truth that we sometimes do not wish to confront, or want to fool ourselves into thinking this or that cant happen to us.
These movies also reenforce that life is about trust or treachery, you know.
On a more serious note I have found out that a Danfo in Nigeria is similar to likkle bus in Jamaica, conductor, touts, hustling and all

Nothing, what can a nolly movie teach you...my sister went from a cool babe to some shaje babe all in the name of these movies(very irritating). My friends are the ones teaching me he lessons of a lifetime not nollywood movies. Nothing, absolutely nothing. They are just for entertainment.

I'm going to be totally honest about this. Here goes...
What I've learnt from nollywood homvies be say any Tom, ****, Harry, and their uncle can be an actor/actress. You know dat saying about idiots and hamburger? You know the one that say any idiot can flip hamburger? I see similarities here.
BTW, I'm not calling anyone in nollywood an idiot, o.k? 'cause I may need to borrow money from them in the future. My Mom always reminds me of that.

Why do I notice a trend where peopel "bash" these movies. I mean some will be trashy, but such is life, we have a choice? Nigeria has something good happening here. Its your own, love it, accept it. Do not reject it and allow foreigners to come in "invest" and take away creative control. Then is when it will be really bad.
In any event, that is what some people want, outside acceptance by others.
