EMG goes all out action!
Ladies and gents,looks like the new direction the EMG nollywood is heading,is the shoot'em up direction.Yep,action thrillers with a healthy dose of testosterone without leaving out the ladies,ofcourse.I went to my video club yesterday and a lot of the new EMG flicks have nolly stars totting all kinds of firearms on the front covers of their jackets.Lots of new flicks being produced in the action genre.Good news for we guys,bad news for the ladies who prefer soppy family and love dramas.
Gangstar homvies;mafia homvies;kill or be killed stories!
Looks like the ladies will have to take the backseat for a while now!
The owner of the videoclub was not happy,though.Most of his customers are ladies who love the good old family and love dramas.He is not sure whether these new trend is going to fetch him much money.
So ladies,are you ready for some nollywood shoot'em ups for the next,say,6 months?
