Nigerian Movie Hits Hollywood!

NIGERIAN MOVIE HITS HOLLYWOOD!

By Obi
IMPOSTERS – the movie is going to be the next big Nollywood hit! In this movie Nollywood weds Hollywood! Directed and Executive Produced by none other than one of Nigeria’s most illustrious sons, Uzoma Obi (Joe Smith as he’s often called) and his crew has taken Nigerian movie to a different level all together.

The claim can be backed by the fact that ID Imposters was recently featured on New York Film Festival – the highest and most prestigious film festival and association in the United States of America. Simply put, NYFF endorsement is one of success and accomplishment!

With Uzoma’s tight schedule, between trips to Nigeria, London, Milan, and New York to promote this movie, UP!HERRE’s Obi Ogbu was able to get hold of this busy man for an exclusive interview with UP!HERRE.

We appreciate the opportunity he has extended us for this interview and are grateful to the hospitality provided to us during the process as he talks about family, life, dreams, and goals.

One thing we can tell you for sure is that Imposters is definitely the right movie at the right time. Breaking boundaries, winning critics, and shading the light on a new frontier for Nollywood – Mr. Uzoma Obi has prompted a new wakening for Nigerian movies here in the United States!
