What is going on in nollywood this new year. The movies coming out are so dry, (i mean after the ban - it was very dry - but now its even dryer) should i assume they are all taking a break to revamp it a lil - so we should expect something excellent for this summer.
All stores in my local area are complaining - that customers are complaining - the movies are getting dryer - and the most annoying thing is they are coming out with part 3's in a totally different title.
I just watched 2 movies this past weekend
Silent Burner - i rate it 7/10 - Ini Edo, Uche Jumbo, Adaura ?
That movie reminded me of an ashanti proverb "If you dont let your friend win 9, you will not win 10" "Wa ma wunyonku atwa enkunu aaa- wosu wontwa du". Very nice story line - Ini played her bi tch role to a T. I liked it.
Fatal Seduction - i rate it 7/10 as well. It was very nice too. Stars Ini, Jim and Rawrring Mike (he doesnt raw much in this one - i miss rawrring mike
) - I am not good of sypnosis so hopefully someone else gives it.
But the ending sucked, and i am assuming - they are on with one of their tricks again - possibly coming out with a part 3 in a totally different title.
ps: Ramsey Nouah and Emeka Ike kinda disspaointed me on their come backs. Nothin spectacular yet. I know they need to get the moola to feed family, but i abeg be selective a lil. You guys are pioneers. Set a mile stone.
