2007 EMG New Releases, 3rd Qtr Jul - Aug - Sep
1. A piece of Flesh starring Genny, Desmond and Dakore
2. Buzuzu Kingdom starring Ini Edo and Ramsey Nouah
3. Common Game starring St Obi, Stephanie Okereke
4. Innocent Blood starring Cheige Alisigwe, Pete Edochie, Nkiru Sylvanus
5. Caught in the Middle starring RMD, Dakore, and Patience
6. After the Vow starring Stephanie, Desmond and Blessing
7. Everlasting Love starring Desmond, Oge and other amateurs trying to pass
I cant be bothered to give sypnosis, however my summed up rating will be 5/10.
Rukky Sanda, please stay away at least 100 feet away from any movie location. try another profession - puhleese. I beg to differ to know "HOW" u actually land these roles. Queen Nwokedi. Well as expected, clearly rehearsed delivery of lines as usual. I am sure she studies her lines day and night - na wah ooo- acting too by force.
Oge looks fabulous post baby. I was so impress seeing her new shape. Some ppl really know how to take care of their bodies after having babies (some clearly dont - they just let go - googoo gaagaah -"here baby, openyamouf take ya food, one for you, one for me ).
Either that or she is simply gifted with good genes. Loving her come back, just not this movie.
i will skip talking about the girl who played Tisha (oge's secretary - with british accent) - will spare her all i got to say. I dont want to hurt anyones feelings

Buzuzu Kingdom is in 3 parts and i have just one and two. Pete Edochie was at his best as usual. Rating 4/10
Everlasting Love is in two parts, its another ghost story. It was nice to see Oge but she looked very tinny. Rating 4/10

Nigerian movies...I'm sure most of this movies are remakes with change of title, actors, costume and locations...
I give them credit though, atleast they change something and they keep on servicing their junkies...
I haven't watch a Nigerian movie in going to a year...

I saw A Piece of Flesh. I trip for the sound and picture. it was CLEAN. E be like say Imasuen US visit dey pay off. The story line was wacked though. YOu know, the normal good girl turn bad because of financial pressure. and again, i no understand the hyper-religious level o. In fact, Imasuen was the pastor in the movie. the religious aspect was not even like a side thing. The movie seemed like a straight-up christian movie. Thats just my way of saying that the story line was grossly unimaginative.
