Naija Boarding house experience
How do you guys feel about Nigerian Boarding schools. My experience there was a little bitter sweet, bitter when I was a junior and sweet when I became a senior. All in all I can say it made me a better and more independent person. In my discussion with other people, I gathered that some loved the experience and most absolutely hated it. What are your opinions?

I love boarding school, all my experiences were amazing, they make for good stories later on in the future, all the escapades, the cruel punishments, interesting pleasures, and most importantly the friends you make, your room mates, table mates, these people you see so often everyday of your life and then one day you're taken away from them only to try to get to know a new set of people, who by the time you're familiar with again, you're taken away from.... Sort of like socking your feet in hot water for a while taking it out and puttin it back in, interesting pleasure.
I do have so many interesting stories, I hope to share

hmm...........I attended an all girls Nigerian Boarding school. I didn't like it during my first and second years cause of those wicked seniors we had back then. Gee.........those seniors could send to heaven if they could with their errands ....anyway, I began to enjoy my boarding life experience when I go into my third year cause at that time we had the first year students calling us senior with our first names. At that time we could also send them errands or punish them if they acted up. Also, it being an all girls school did not make matters any better. We only got the chance to mingle with guys during our club days or inter-house sport when other schools were invited to participate. And trust some of our girls, it was like honeymoon for them. At least they eventually got the chance to talk or got toasted by guys which would make it a day of relief from our usual girlee environment.

Reminds of my first boarding schhol, the only difference being we were the first set and didn't call anyone SENIOR, but kai the rev. sisters in training were mean to us, they'd give us these interesting punishments, wake us up at like 3 in the morning if someone stole anything. It was after that I realized that they were getting worse treatments than they were bestowing upon us, and that made us nicer. Then another set came in, those ones were evil when they entered JSS2 (by then I was gone but trust gist to pass). They dealt with their juniors like they were not humans, the funny thing was we were nice to them.

I ONLY SPENT 2 YEARS IN BOARDING SCHOOL BUT IT WAS SOMETHING AFTER SCHOOL WE GO TO DOMS TO GO AND CHANGE AND THEN IF U CATCH ANY SIGHT OF SENOIRS WANTING TO SEND U TO FETCH SOME WATER U QUICKLY RUN BUT THEN GET PUNISHED L8TER ON. THE MOST AMUSING IS WEN WE GO TO DINNER HALL TO GET UR FOOD U HAV TO SHARE A FISH HEAD WITH ABOUT 20 OTHER PPL THE BEST PART IS SOCIAL NIGHTS EVERY SATURDAY WE PLAY MUSIC DADDY SHOWKEY AND PAPA FRAYO DEY REIGN DEN.THE WORST IS U HAV TO FETCH WATER FOR THE PRINCIPAL AND FAMILY, THE REV AND OTHER TEACHERS THAT LIVE IN SCHOOL COMPOUND AHA SCHOOL LIVE BE THE BEST.

Interesting. You know 70% of the time those ghosts are students sneaking out of school or going to take a piss . I blame those FGGC students for our scare, they cook up these stories and tell them to everyone and next thing we all know we're running around in red marker and mosquito nets asking people if they've seen our shoes or our heads!!!!!!
