I don't know if you are qualified to post pics just yet.Try and reach 100 posts first before attempting to load pictures in the gallery.
The steps are as follows;
1)Click on the "upload photos" button.
2)Select the section you want the pics to land in,(e.g introduction;screen capture,etc)
3)Load the image(jpg) from your drive,and click on submit.
That's all.

You need a few more posts to get into the next usergroup where all the features on the site will be opened to you. More post upgrade you. Less does not.
