It's just geniune appreciation for God's handiwork or the person's style etc. And only a very confident person can do it.

you have to look at the person who made the original post, though... from what little i've seen, it's pretty evident that elisawwf007 is a hardcore Genny partisan...

Lol!

My dear, you better not give yourself high blood pressure overnight on Emeka's case. It looks like the guy is still going to be having a place in Nollywood for a while until he alone decides to give up and quit.

I know BB, but I will not describe another woman as attractive...I find men attractive and not women....I am not saying that if one does, then he or she is gay but the word 'attractive' means differently to me than the other words use to describe someone of the opposite sex.

You know what? This is an interesting point... I went back and re-read the posts and realized I used the words "good-looking" or "fine" and not "attractive".... Although I'm sure TS used the words inter-changeably.

However you do make a good point about the use of the word "Attractive"....

But I guess the bottom line is that people, here, feel this Emeka Ike guy is neither "goodlooking", "fine" nor "attractive" to both sexes....

that is true: i DID say "attractive" and not "good-looking"

personally, i am not interested in Emeka Ike's looks... my point is that i do not find him attractive

and yes, i do mean it in both a non-sexual AND a sexual way.

2. Emeka Ike: One word sums this actor up: insipid. I am simply baffled by his popularity. He is a weak, dull, uninteresting man. You can be sure that if he were out with a lady and got mugged, he would hide behind her.

3: Omotola: is a woman of extremes. she is extremely popular when it comes to looks, and extremely bad when it comes to acting. Having said that - I do feel a little sorry for her - it must have been hard on her to be upstaged by Genevieve.

4. Mike Ozuronye: has been on our screens far too many times. Not only is he a bad actor, he manages to be so bad that potentially good films wilt at his feet. He is like the reverse of King Midas - everything he touches turns to… erm, well - poo.

5. Saint Obi: This is a tricky one - when he comes on screen he seems like he might be okay - but then he opens his mouth. They must spend millions on his films editing out the drool! How on earth has he ended up in so many films?

I don comment on Emeka Ike. I dont even know what i think of Aki and PawPaw sef......even tho i know any movie with both of them in is a NO-NO for me, especially if its supposed to be a "comedy"

Anywayz, Saint Obi-I dont know sef-When i'm listing actors, i'd prolly not even remember his name till like later later. so........i guess i no too like him.

Mike E is not a bad actor o, in my own opinion. We all know he "used" to like screaming...i think he has reduced it in recent movies and overall-the guy dey try abeg!

I dont know what movies you've been watching o, Eli, but Omotola get talent o, make we talk true

I feel bad for her cos i think the impression people have of her off-screen personality and/or character has kinda blinded the majority to her acting prowess, and i dont think its fair to do that. It leads to bias judgement me thinks. We should try to separate their acting from real life.
I dont know her from Adam, but if we concentrate on her acting skills and versatility, i think she deserves to be kudoed!

Aside from the fact that she acts well, she is one of the ones that have been part of Nollywood thru thick and thin, she's grown in Nollywood and watched Nollywood emerge and evolve from what it used to be from the days of Mortal Inheritance to the present.

Maybe we should compile a list of Omotola's movies for Eli-it might help him/her change his/her mind.

Let me go and think about my own top 5...ish!

I get your point, TS - you don't find him "attractive" as in "he doesn't come across on screen as an attractive person."

I would take Mike out of this bad actor list. I have seen too many movies where he was good.

charles okocha he acted in bumper to bumper and ultimate Risk (someone should pls help with the name), i dont know were exactly to start with that guy. I had the misfortune of watch one of his movies last week on channel 333 and i was nearly in tears. He over acts especially when they give him a spoilt kid role to play, he is extremely annoying when he tries to fake some stupid american accent. I frankly think he should be banned from acting. One word to sum him up terrible

i don't find him attractive at all. even his eyes and his... carriage bother me.

he doesn't exude... strength. or compassion. or wit. or any other quality i appreciate in a man.

he seems sleazy.

i'm not trying to dis him, mind you... i just think he's miscast in "hero" roles. he would be better off playing roles like the morally dubious asshole and stuff like that.

Na wa o....u dey yab, no be small o. I dey fear u small-small o.
