If you have been following the gist in town, then this piece would be a very serious matter to you. Recently, we were at an event where we saw one of Nigeria’s movie divas, Stella Damasus. She was looking so lovely in her simple dress.

She made heads to turn as usual. Most people thought it was the best opportunity to shake her hands, while others simply waved in her direction and got a six billion megawatt smile in return.

Gist merchants at the event said that was the first time in more than a year they were seeing Stella alone without Sammy Okposo. However, we saw the actress dashing out of the venue with her entourage some minutes past mid night for another event. We don’t know whether she went to Sammy, though.

The gist is that she came to the classy party alone without Sammy Okposo, her best friend in Lagos (that is what they have been telling us anytime the question crops up). The two are always together at events. That is the reason for the one million dollar question about the level of their relationship and when they are going to settle down, since the two of them are single and believed to be dating
