Tunde Kelani's Ti Oluwa Ni Ile (God owns all the land) is my most favourite Nigerian movie of all time. Because, everything was perfect.
The script was perfect and the casting was also perfect and TK was at the zenith of his genius when he made the movie. And I would be glad to see TK dub it in the major local and international languages to increase the appreciation of this classic work of Art in the history of Nigerian movies.
Students of the history of Nigerian movies should study Ti Oluwa Ni Ile (God owns all the land).

Now, this is one movie that I've watched so many times that I've lost count. And each time I find myself watching it again, it seems as if I'm watching it for the first time.

I am seeing more mileage in the book adaptation of Ti Oluwa Ni Ile, because of the philosophical lessons of the story. And the book would be of immense benefit to our children.
For those who have not seen it,here's the jacket from the movie review section,

"Asewo to re Mecca" must have come out some years after this movie was out. In fact, if I remember vividly, it came out right about the time "Owo Blow" came out.Originally Posted by lola_americana
