Yoruba Vovabulary

Is it realy possible for any yoruba person ( educated or UNeducated ) to converse for 5 minutes without injecting some English words ? Can you? and by the way through the process of 'osmosis' some English words have become yoruba words.e.g. BUS STOP , and what is the yoruba word for say------SHOE, CAR, etc. just wondering thats all --(not making a federal case)

@Moremi
Television - Ero Amohunmaworan
Cell Phone - Ero Ibanisoro Alagbeka

@eyi-mofe
For me it dependson who I am conversing with. I find when I call Naija, my Yoruba flows unbroken like pure water no English words. However, when talking with Yoruba Londoners, everyone mixes their lingo with English.

ciao

eyi-mofe, the names I have given are actually in use right now. If you listened to Yoruba newscasts, or read Yoruba language newspapers you would know this.

Most of the name we Yorubas use will have to be descriptive names because, most of this items are new and never existed when our language was been developed.

@Vince, Radio will be "Ero asoro magbesi" (do-re re-do mi-do-do)
Bus Stop is "Ibudoko" (re-do-mi-do)

You know what, I bet I know the entire Yoruba name for any item in English. I want yall to challenge me, ask me anything you wanna know its Yoruba name.
