The Covenant Church recently premiered by Dove-Media at Muson Centre Lagos is a very captivating, spell bounding, relating and electrifying power packed movie which presents in a very dramatic and realistic setting, the birth and early years of the late Rev. Pa Josiah Akindayomi the founder of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

The movie also exposes how God called the late Reverend as well as the covenant between God and him which culminated into one of the fastest growing Churches in the world today.

Produced by the multiple award winner, Charles Novia, the Movie parades Kunle Abogunloko and Moses Balogun as lead actors. It also features Nollywood stars like Segun Arinze, Richard Mofe-Damijo Nobert Young, Remi Abiola and Saidi Balogun.

According to the CEO/MD of Dove Media, Pastor Ope Banwo, “the Covenant Church is the dramatised biographies of the founder of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pa Akindayomi and the General Overseer (GO) of the Church Pastor E.A. Adeboye. It chronicles their lives, work with God and the Covenant with Pa Akindayomi. If I am not sounding immodest, I will say it is the movie of the decade. A movie the devil fought so hard to stop”.
