Kill that noise.. There is no right or wrong place. This is an open forum. Just like you have the right to spew this infantile defense, people have a right to vent where ever and whenever they like.

Some people don't want their money back but an ETA of when they will get thier item. Even a 3rd grader understands this concept.

But this simple logic eludes you..

i have 2 screens for work and NR one is on the database the other is on NR....

So i am working too....
good for you dd. some of us don't have that previledge...or we will get the boot.:bouncy I use to have my laptop but this company will not even allow that...yep, still connected to their network....other companies do not mind sha

NTB, you seem to be missing the point. I just want to hear/read from the producers as to the status of my order. I know to contact Paypal if I decide to get a refund, but a refund is not what I'm looking for at this time. I want to hear or read something like, we're sorry, there are production delays, or you should be receiving your shipment in 6 to 18 weeks etc, but not stone silence. And again, asking for a refund from Paypal will definitely be a negative on the Movie producer's Paypal account, and I don't want to do that, at least not yet.

It covers physical goods purchases made through PayPal, and is offered at no charge when you register for a free PayPal account. To sign up for an account, click on the 'Save My Info' link above.

Why? Why wont the venting HERE make a change? Is it not the same website this same movie was promoted on?

Why couldnt the persons who learnt about the movie HERE come back HERE to find out if others have gotten their copies too?

Besides contacting PayPAl and asking for a refund, should a person choose it, HERE is the best place to come and "vent" about a product you ordered for a year and half ago, but have heard nothing about, especially after inquires were made.


Thats what im saying Venting on here wont change a thing resolve it....and move on abeg...all this demo is to much!

My sister its good to vent.. As a matter of fact, I just got off the phone venting to Sprint because I have no service in my house.. and I got a $150.00 credit..

Point of story, my venting paid off.. Now I did not pre-order .. I kukuma watched the movie when it came to MD so I cant vent.. But others can vent cos I know they are prolly so pissed off .. I beleive Dizzle said to PM her for PomPom's email.. I have emailed Pompom to ask to please issue a Press Release to explain what the heck is going on and to refund the unsatisfied customers..

I dont like the back and forth between members.. I dont know why we just cant have good arguments on NR.. it always resorts to bickering..

Like Samira said, let me get back to work..

@ NTB, at this point, its not even about not being able to "resolve matter with your merchant" its simply not hearing from them concerning the product you ordered.

Case in point...I paid for something on overstock.com a week ago, and I got an email giving me an estimate of when I should receive it.... I'm getting "itchy fingers" right now, b/c I believe it should be here already...IF I dont have the product within a certain amount of time, I WILL contact them to find out whats going on. IF after several attempts I dont hear from them, @ that point, a refund is not the only thing I want, I'd also wonder what kind of business practice they have set up where they fail to communicate with customers about their orders....@ the end of the day, I WILL Ask for a refund, but in my mind, such a business is scratched off from my list.

IF as an alternative however I get an email concerning the lack of communication, or SOMETHING anything giving me a sound explanation as to the delay, then I know they truly value me and others as a customer, and would be more inclined to do business with them again....ITs all about appearances......we all may not be in the "know" of what has happend to the movies, but at least give some sort of explanation to your customers. Its really basic customer service...

Simply comprehension eludes you. You paid on PayPal and an instruction was issued your receipt that says “If you have been unable to resolve your questions with the merchant, PayPal offers a free buyer complaint resolution service that offers a quick, easy resolution to your concerns”. Have any of you contacted PayPal and the answer is NO.

The key word there is QUESTION NOT REFUND. Olodo of the highest order

Dont worry dear no be priviledge...they dont want a black woman calling affirmitive action so they oblige....lol

not really but i think they do :roll

They even think NR is a forum to search for tips on answering customers
