    Does any one know the procedure in adopting a child from Nigeria? This Question I have been asked many times by people close to me here in the USA .Any suggestion?

    LOL. I figured since you are very involved in things in the Igbo community in Chicago and at home you might know someone that knows someone. Anything you know can help. Nowadays you cannot be too careful adopting from Nigeria with all the baby factories.

    The baby factory stories are alarming and one must be extremely careful cause they might hand you a stolen baby and the figures am hearing (N400,000+) makes one wonder and very discouraging.

    They are even stealing babies at gun point now. I have read of two different ones this week. People now really have a reason to keep pregnancy news under wraps in Nigeria

    rotflmao. There are children that need loving homes in Nigeria. You just have to get in contact with an authorized agency or you can do an adoption were you know the parents and make sure you do it through the courts. Nothing is ever easy in Nigeria. No matter how simple it should be
