Suspected Boko Haram gunmen have kidnapped eight girls, aged 12 to 15, from a village near one of their strongholds in northeast Nigeria.

This follows the kidnapping of more than 200 other schoolgirls by the Islamist militant group last month.

I have never seen Nigerians turn out like this so I don't think they will forget quickly. It has been 23 days and the momentum is still as strong. I wake up scared that they may have forgotten and I am glad they are still talking about it. One more tweet sef is more than good.
