And since none of us can claim to be GOD its better we dont bring HIS name into it at all!smokin:

I will view Pastor Chris's bid for presidency on face value, a political ambition, nothing more nothing less, and urge everyone else to do so! Leave the GOOD LORD outta this!

    Good luck to them all!

Well at least he's got a few new potential converted supporterssmokin: ! Obs likes him based on his musical talents, afterall Bill played the Sax, Ronnie was an actor, and guv Arnie was an action hero and world champion weight lifter!!!:bouncy I still dont buy it!LOL!

i as a person is refusing to take your advise on this. you are not everybody. God gave us all His spirit. so let His spirit within our hearts convict us as to what He wants from us individually. You are not to impose your own conviction on us. If I choose to put God in whatever I do or think, that is my very own perogative and not yours!!!

    Mr Lagbaja TOLUWANIOSE

We can´t leave God out.Every nation that does not involve God in her POLITICAL AFFAIRS,ECONOMY, ETC,has already digged her downfall.First of all, it should be noted that just as God rules in Heavens, HE also rules in the Affairs of men on the face of the earth. It is the Spiritual that controls the earthly. So it is possible for God to move someone to seek a political affair.
I know Rev Chris lost in the last election, perharps it was NOT the right time ,that is not to say that this is the right time, but let it be known by those who think that God does not have anything to do with a nation that they are wrong. For what nation is so there so great, who has God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon HIM for ? Deu 4 :7..........So I therefore encourage us to put God into the political affairs of our country so that Righteousness can remain.Enough of all the corrupt practises, mismanagement of funds, where only the rich is getting richer thru malicious means while the little income from the poor is further being sapped thru all sorts of means by Government...HABA!
It is time we wake up and see that we really need God in our POLITICAL AFFAIRS.

    .....Mr Lagbaja TOLUWANIOSE

Thats why I used the word "URGE" Not Command! That in itselfs depicts that I was appealing to general common sense! When you start bringing "God's Will" into political arguments you are already presuming too much! Was just pointing that out in my post, but It is definitely in your prerogative to stick to ya convictions!smokin:

A murky ground it is, politics and religion.!

the earlier u know God can make anybody king as he pleases the better for you. When Saul was made king over the Istraelites, he was the least qualified among his breathren! What is wrong with Bright even becoming a president if God wants? are the likes of Abacha, Ibb and co better than him?

am listening to his music right now and this guy is really talented. we need genuine talents like him as a president. i can just imagine a nigerian president that can compose songs to brighten up the lives of his pple as the occasion permits. we do really need a change. someone to make us laugh and bring a different kind of rulership from the type we have become used to (corruption and recyling of senile minds). something tells me this man would make that change we so much crave and pray to God for!

No they're not better than the likes of Abacha IBB and co:eek: , anyone can be president! Loosen up pls, making mute points over my jesty post with Obs, takes nothing away from my primary arguments! We can go back and forth and we will still come back to the same point, and neither of our stances on the issue will change, so Enjoy!smokin:

I know my biblical history thx, and refer to it IN CONTEXT of the argument at hand, not just to win a mute point!!smokin: ...NEXT!

A little less pot smoking please, aaigght? so you can differentiate between a real candidate and a joke.

please, let us stop acting saints. even this forum aknowleges some films that have been a remake of the originals. nr has not crashed as a result nor have the artists that acted it been blacklisted and so would naija not crash if okotie becomes a president. most nigerian musicians have remade/copied someone else's song one time or the other. that still does not erode the fact that they are good musicians. so i don't see what singing someone's original song has to do with the person not being able to rule. that to me still takes talent as it is not everybody that has that ability. otherwise we all would have had one tape or the other in the market.

nope! you are the one doing the whinning here pls. chris has made known his intentions. his campaigns are going on smoothly. the polls have rated him as almost the top contender. and his dream is about becoming true. and here you are still whinning. tell me now, who is on the looser's side? you, you and youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! so keep whinning like i earlier advised and don't stop pls!

i forgot to say, would you rather the likes of those that have been ruling us in the past and sinking our country with their corruption and thugery continue?. nigerians are crying for a change! all the upmobile countries in the world are already embrazing it i.e sweden where i live just changed government to another party in centuries, usa, liberia, germany etc. the only thing contact to life is change and this we have been praying for in naija. even the polls show the pple want a change. all you haters of the pple shd keep on whinning like i advised KikisMuffin . as for us (majority naija) sa, we need a change. please the presidency is no man's birthright! anybody can be the president even me, if i choose!!!
