    I will start with "Unbridled" (as per the book club) then read "Everything good will come" afterwards

    has any one read kaine agrey's novel (yellow -yellow) she just won an ward . i just read some of the commentaries made .......not bad at all .

    Lord of the Flies - William Golding. Yeah,not Naija but you will LOVE that story...VEEEEEEERY interesting.grinning: I am surprised there's not been a motion picture adaptation. Or perhaps I am too lazy to Google the darn thing!

    I've read Unbridled and Everything Good will come. Both great, but Unbridled was so sombre..but nah so life be abi? smokin: Some people have it so tough! I loved Sefi Attah's style in Everything good will come but the ending dey one kind.

    To say the ending was onekind is an under statement.it really pissed me off and made me hate the book.wat was her hurry? well i loved unbridled coz now nigerians have started exploring on the darker side of human nature.

    Yeah I read it, it was pretty good. I think they made the show: Lost based on the book...

    I just got the following form the AWC(African Writers Series) collection. I've read most before but they are all collectors items:

    The Concubine- Elechi Amadi

    A man of the people- Chinua Achebe

    The Girl Who can- Ama Ata Aidoo

    Changes- Ama Ata Aidoo

    No Longer at Ease- Chinua Achebe

    Devil on the Cross- Nguigi Wa Thiongo

    So Long A Letter- Mariama Ba (I loved this book in schoolgrinning:)

    The Housemaid- Ama Darko

    I've started on "A Man of the People" An old fav with very hilarious narrativesgrinning:

    How about Blessing Otobo... She is from Rivers State. She wrote "The Moth Kingdom" check it out. You will love it.

    Its 2009 and I'm still looking out for new novels from nigerian/african writers, so pls drop any new titles in here. I know Seffi Attah has another book out, what is it called?I'm making my new list
