Make we talk true, na Nkem Owoh put dis people for wahala. Ever since he sang that often misunderstood by white people song, they have plugged eyes on him anywhere e go abroad. And when he probably told them at the airport that he was attending so-so an event, immigration ears perked up.

Scores Arrested In California Immigration Raids

    By Dan Whitcomb
Fri Jun 22, 4:04 PM ET

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Scores of illegal immigrants, including a man wanted for murder and a convicted child molester, were arrested in Southern California raids this week, U.S. authorities said on Friday.

The sweeps in Orange County, south of Los Angeles, were part of an operation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement targeting "criminal aliens" -- defined as people in the country illegally who have also committed other crimes.

Of the 175 people arrested, 27 are criminal aliens and another 26 are "immigration fugitives" who had ignored deportation orders by a judge.

The raids were part of larger crackdown on immigration fugitives, which this year has resulted in the first ever decline in their number, to 632,189, according to an agency spokeswoman.

So it can also happen in America, where are those that says this cannot happen in america, so it's not just confined to europe alone, it a nation wide thing, so you all watch your steps.

Thank you my dear for posting this. grinning:

If only it was that easy, can you believe that a few months ago, immigration officers actually went into Dalston Market in London and took people away in two coaches! People with no papers now have to be careful when going to get something to eat!

It happens everyday in America. One Saturday Morning a few months ago in CA, TX, NY and some other state the police raided some apartment building and over 80 people were deported back to Nigeria and others to different countries. They call these type of raids Operation Sweep

Wow! Well then, this just emphasises what others have been saying so far. You basically have no rights as an illegal alien in any foriegn country and shouldnt be surprised or complain when caught and sent home, cos you are breaking the law !..And for those at home aspiring to such, reconsider ya options, cos oyibo is determined to enforce those laws

    Shike - frigging-na!!!! smokin:

All these governmental agencies are now on the same mainframe so the police has your data and if you are picked up they will know if have papers or not and if you don’t they will turn over to Immigration.
