Oh, so tje problem is not his love scenes roles, but that he needs time to give his wife a baby, abi? I feel her ooo, Desmond needs to take time out for his sweet wife. Let him take some lessons from Omot, RMD and all the married stars!

I really believe there is more to this, if there is not,i cann't believe they can date for 8 years and after two years of marriage, she should be complaining, after all she knows what are husband does as a proffesional before they got married to each other. In the church case, i believe one cannot worship two master at the same time, sikena.............................. and divorce is not what next for the wify.

Tinumarinho, coe2005 and Dakha you gals should be ashamed of yourselves drooling over a married man like that. You gals no have shame for ya vocab? Wetin you wan do wiff a married man? Eh? You no see dis fain fain brodas around lookin for wives and you wan coop with one already used and currently being used (married) man. He no even divorce yet oh and you gals don start talk about carrying someone's cross and standing in line to wait for him

Na gals like you dey encourage divorce for society, Oh! Abeg, leave the man and look out for fresh bobos, that are ready to give ya some luvin' not some tired bloke. Leave am abeg to work on his marriage; besides, the wife is right in a way, there are many roles that does not have love scenes in them he can act as. He does not have to be the man doing the kissing and stuff.

I can feel the wife for this. For instance, there is this dude that I really had a crush on, and when I saw him in a movie seriously kissing some gal, meeeeen, I did not like it one bit and mind you I'm not even married to him, neither do I know him, not to talk of if I was his WIFE, blah (disgusting). I'm begining to pity girls and boys that marry actors and actresses, it's a big load Oh.

...And I will not give the name of the actor I had a crush on :cool-smil so don't ask. It's for me to know that and keep it, but please someone should understand Desmond's wife. Though I still wonder why she went ahead to marry him after dating dude and seeing the kind of stuff he does.

My wife has not left me – Desmond Eliot
Contrary to a report on Naijarules.com, a site which publishes stories about Nollywood, stars and comments from members and visitors about Desmond Eliot’s wife packing out of her matrimonial home because her husband insisted on playing love roles in movies and reckless kissing of Nollywood actresses on set, the actor has said the report is untrue, saying “My wife is very much at home and with me. We slept together last night and I just dropped her off on my way to set right now.”

Meddeen, I hope you will take this as a lesson. Just because something is posted on ANY WEBSITE does not make it the truth (and that includes this one). Now, it is credited to Naijarules.com, although you posted it from some other place. And the lazy journalist working for MS on the New-Age desk didn't think he should credit the right source of the story.

Prerogative could be a dangerous thing :)

What do you expect this man to say?? That his wife is one ignorant A*ole. No matter how bad things may be, a reasonable man will protect his reputation. I'm glad he mentioned vacation, I have been wishing him one. I wonder how this actors cope with this crazy industry that seems to have no 2moro.

I just hope there is children in the marriage to hold the union better. Let There Be No Assunder.
