An extremely challenging roles is most times sexual, physical, emotional or mental. Extremely challenging roles must posses all of the mentioned characteristics or at least the three. Roles like Von Voight in The Champ, Richard Gere in Red corner and Charlize Theron in Monster are what I consider extremely challenging roles. Nollywood roles are hardly challenging, thus, when eventually made, are demoted by the cast.

Omotola Jalade Ekeinde in Prostitute (Emotionally, mentally and sexually challenging) was a large role but would have been extremely challenging if she took the bulls by the horn doing the sex scenes herself; if thats too much to ask of a married woman, she would not have done the role at the first place, entertainment is a stalwart job. Another would have been extremely challenging roles is Stella Damasus in Widows ( Emotionally, physically and mentally challenging), if SDA had taken the challenge to shave her hair but she did not because hair they say is the beauty of round headed women.

A few challenging roles seen are

Clem Ohameze in last burial- Mentally Challenging

Genevieve Nnaji in 30days- Physically and sexually challenging

Oc Okeje in White Waters- Physically and emotionally challenging

Kate Henshaw Nuthal- Physically challenging

Shan George in outcast- Sexually Challenging

The only Extremely Challenging role I can think of in Nollywood though it doesn't meet the standard is Bimbo Akintola in Widows (Emotionally, physically and mentally challenging), Bimbo actually understands what it means to be actor, she gives her all in acting

i'm just trying to figure out what "sexually challenging" is supposed mean...

unless the role required the actresses in question to actually have sex, what makes it "sexually challenging"?

Bro haba, no be true now! Clem Ohameze acting like an occult (2 d extent of gettin into a casket) in last burial was challenging cuz if im an actor thats the last thing I will ever do- cant burry myself before I die. Re-see the movies I mentioned and put urself in their shoes.

Shan cant be forget not because she is a wonderful actress, but cuz she took the challenge to bear it all in public

When an actor (esp. actress) expresses sexual pleasure in on camera its sexually challenging cuz not every one can do that.
no, that is NOT "sexually challenging"... you want to know what "sexually challenging" is?

in 1996, Annabel Chong Annabel Chong - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia star of The World's Biggest Gang Bang performed 251 separate sexual acts over the course of a few hours.

in the sequel to that movie, Jasmine St. Claire Jasmin St. Claire - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia screwed 300 men.

THAT is "sexually challenging."

performers who do DVDA (double vaginal, double anal - just what it sounds like: simultaneously accommodating two men each in orifice)... THAT is sexually challenging.

PRETENDING to "express sexual pleasure on camera" is not "sexually challenging"... that is called ACTING.

um, excuse me darling but i have to ask for clarification...you mean one woman and FOUR men? at the same time?
can a vagina accomodate two penises at once?

and :fing02: my darling at red
that is acting, and em...i have NEVER seen any nigerian actor/ress express sexual pleasure on camera, what they do is make these noises that make me cringe! although they have stepped up the kissing a little bit, does anyone know mercy johnson? i want to ask her to pipe down a little on the kissing scenes sometimes. she does tend to go overboard at times and one time my aunt said "CHINEKE, what is she doing to him? biting his lips off?"

LOL

yep... one woman and four men. two in the front and two in the back (and usually one more up top, if you know what i mean). it's considered the single most challenging act that any woman can perform in the porno industry.

and i totally agree about the weird sexuality Nollywood actors express onscreen. as much as i love Mercy, in her sexual scenes, she doesn't seem to look like she's actually enjoying it per se... she acts like she's got a fever and is overcome with this crazed, animal lust.

it can be sexy, but a of times it just looks... painful, almost!

but in a way, that might be an influence from Hollywood movies, which are famously afraid of portraying sexual pleasure. as much sex as Hollywood shows (or USED to show... these days, they've increasingly shied away from it), they usually portray it in that crazed, feral fashion. in fact, they usually censor sex scenes if the actors look like they're enjoying it... i guess it makes it look too "real," and thus, too close to pornography for them?

Blood of Jesus!
so it IS possible? a vagina CAN accomodate two penises at the same time? (i'm in pain just thinking about it)

YES! that is the phrase that escapes me when i'm trying to describe mercy johnson and her sex scenes: crazed, animal lust
it does look as if she's in a feverish daze and something falls upon her and she becomes this animal.
i want to see it toned down, take it slow in fact...like a girl for the first time, you know? i don't know how to describe it, but the phrase that comes to mind is "child like wonder" something like 'wow, so this is how it feels? ok, take it slow'

not, let me jump your bones, let me jump on you, let me suck your whole mouth in my mouth in 1.59 seconds.

that's one of the problems i have with her in the movies.

My sister you no dey lie o! It is as if they think they will incur the wrath of their parents, pastor and significant other if they acted as if they like what is being done to them in the scene, and quite frankly isn't that what they are paid to do?

I was watching Genevieve Nnaji and Muna Obiekwe in "Faithful Betrayal", their affair is supposed to be illicit which should translate into feverish, passionate and hot but here it is the man is kissing her neck, her face looked like she was making out her grocery bill in her head and thinking about how much laundry she has to do before cooking dinner.

And if they don't look :313::313::313: then they go the opposite way and act rabid like Rita Dominick in "Girl's Cot."

I would rather they don't have ANY of those so called "love scenes" in Nollywood films, just fade to black and continue onto the next scene because it is very, very, very painful to watch. It is as painful as being flogged with nail studded koboko! Okay, that was an exaggeration but you get my point. If people really took us by what they see in Nollywood films, besides thinking we are some voodoo practicing, materialistic, immoral, thieving, hypocritical holier thou lot, they would also think we lack an ounce of passion in our collective bodies.
