You know Naija now, no one is scared to offend anyone, they will straight up slam them left and right, up and down and side to side.

As for the boots, shebi Ini Edo wears them in her movies, (must be the ones we did not see in her shoe collection), na style now. anything they see yankee do, they will overdo it, you know our sistahs at home, trust them to overdo anything. Even here in South Fl where people turn on their heat at 68 degrees and old people are freezing to death, come and see jamos rock their boots like it's going outta of style
BUT.....Boots are kinda like COWBOY/COWGIRL ensemble, right? And I lived in Texas and RAN AWAY because of the HEAT! So, what sayeth art thou about cowgirls with plaid shirts, cowboy hats, knee high boots with stirrups and denim shorts to boot! Or, the sexier ones do the corsette blouse on their shorts/jeans with BOOTS!

Its cold sometimes here in Ghana! And y'all know I love cold places!
2 weeks ago, it was SNOWING in South Africa. It is called GLOBAL WARMING Sis! Weird weathers all over the place!

Sure, some over do the fashion vs weather thingy, but it truly is cold in some places!

Now I wish I have some of my high-heeled ankle boots here sometimes!

well, we're not talking about cowboy/cowgirl boots. That's the culture in TX, we know that. We're talking of the fashion boots some of these folks are wearing and global warming as it relates to being cold, other than the north as I mentioned earlier, it's not happening in Naija right now, hence, the boot's are misplaced sense of style. Part of style today is that it has to be functional. Boots are not functional in Lagos, in fact, they look ridiculous. Now had someone worn a TX style outfit or a rancher outfit with cowboy boots, we'd have known the statement they're trying to make, but just to wear fashion boots like they had it was misplaced.

What if she was cold?

Or perhaps she just returned from Alaska and that is the only shoes left in her bag, she probably lost her suitcases at the airport? Yes?

LMAOOOOO
i'll start praying now now
Yes, WE reached that consensus, but apparently these folks at home have not. Besides you know I have to add my jab in there, I'm still mad at BP for posting the $500 nonsense mgbeke star shoes, I DO NOT think I can forgive that without prayers.

Lol, na wah oh! First time I hrd about the whole boots in Naija business, I was very shocked! I don't care what materials the shoes are made out of! Those kinds of footwear give u blisters in the heat man!

You'll be schocked when Nigerians in Lagos tell you how cold it is in the summer.

ah, BP is on her own o with the fasting. they didn't tell you about my special relationship with food?

LOL, don't we all? I'm still hatin' of Sifu for the darn calorie counter app. I'm just full of h8 today, perhaps it's because it's been almost a week since I had rice. OK, add Sifu to my list of sworn enemies.

Ha ha ha! My dear, IF I decide to start yabbing sef, I go spend the whole day on my laptop!

The things I see with my 2 naked eyes on the red carpets here for Ghana almost fetched me a gbosah one day as I quickly turned my camera phone to the babe asss as she pass me! Shuo! First, dress was transparent, then, her bum was mega humongouns on her skinny legs! And......dress was stretch, she also had a belt of chains and metals hanging down on a waist that was the SAME EXACT size as her boobs and butts!
OLhhh.....the weave........oh no! Or the make up! and the waka on high heel shoes she obviously was not used to wearing! There I was standing cute and she and her friends that looked like mgbeke masqurades passed me and I popped out my phone, and the mamula turned back, hah, I faked a 'freeze' position, and the yeye thing did not snap clear picture Hissss...I have to get a hidden camera and open an Anonymous blog for real!

The gals here dress wack!!! All in the name of trying to look americana that ends up looking ghetto! The ones that actually go get measured in african prints look better I must say!

Abeg, how can we pass the message to women with volatile, shaky, non-firm bodies who are over size 16 to STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM SPANDEX and LYCRA!!! Unless they wearing Body magic under!!! Dammmit!
