    Characters and physical descriptions

    Olanna - Odenigbo's girlfriend/wife; oval face, large eyes and slanted, long hair, fair skin and shapely

    Kainene - thin, very tall, Belgian chocolate skin color, enigmatic figure who refuses to belong to someone, not just like a son, she’s like two, and a smoker

    Odenigbo - Young Professor, dark in complexion, hairy chest and legs, head full of thick hair

    Richard - young shy tall English man writer

    Ugwu - 13 yr old houseboy

    Ms. Adebayo - flirts with Odenigbo. drinks brandy, loud, challenging and argumentative professor

    Mohammed - Olanna's ex; tall, slim hausa man with caramel skin

    For here the first Monday in May is a holiday and efery Monday that is a holiday them dey call am 'Bank Holiday Monday'... bit weird.

    No idea but we're definitely celebrating the fact we don't have to go into work!!... oh and I'm munching on Cabdbury's Celebrations.

    :( Not fair... Celebrations, some Bounty, and Nando's chicken with chips are some of the FIRST things I have to eat once I land at HEathrow...kai! :( missing UK already

    PS - Have to add an EDIT: Eeerrrmmmmmm Dear NTB, no be mine fault na Abike chase me this morning! lol... Phew, that's plausible deniability out of the way.
