Yes! Right here on NR come Spring 2009 there will be Igbo lessons, of course offered to those who are willing to learn! Yes, your's truly is willing to extend his extensive knowledge of the Igbo language to those of you who feel the need for it.

PLEASE only serious candidates should register here! If you know you are going to drop out after two weeks, then please don't bother! I am a patient teacher, but only patient with those who are willling to learn.

Christmas is by the corner, and some are flocking back home to celebrate. Would you like to be wining and dining with your townsmen and they are cursing you out RIGHT IN YOUR PRESENCE and you are sitting there smiling sheepishly not knowing what is going on?! Ohooo, I thought not!!

So to cut the long story short, indicate here if you are interested in learning. We will start from the basics, so that at the end of the course, you can carry a confident conversation in Igbo without stuttering. YES YOU CAN DO IT!!

So indicate your interest so I can start gathering the items I need before class kicks off in 2009!

    Come one, come all!!

Pecs sis, it is for real but it all depends on how many people show interest. If at least 15 people show interest, then come Spring '09 classes kick off in full gear!:)

*registers Peculiar on attendance book* ;)

Sid, I expect all my students to air their thoughts in a respectable and civil manner: fighting or bickering would not be tolerated.

I can actually see Sisi clutching the #1 student of the year cash price, if she doesn't start throwing pens and pencils at her fellow students. Yes, any disrespect of lecturer or fellow students would immediately lead to expulsion from class.:D

Nnam, in every school, everyone serves a function. Paj applied for the janitorial/cleaner position weeks ago and I obliged him. So no worries, he won't be distracting you during lectures.grinning:
