I'm watching the movie, My thoughts:

I rate this 3/10. I wasnt impressed. And as for Mercy Johnson, I wasn't feeling her acting. All this crying sha, come on, its enough. She aint even pretty in the face but she got a nice figure. The guy, Uche, is sooo good-looking. He has beautiful eyes. Overall, I didn't get through the movie. My friend was very angry with me cuz i wouldn't sit down and watch it. I just wasn't impressed. All the story telling was just boring me. NEXT!

Honestly, the tastes of some NR members are just unimaginable. I was led to believe on dis site dat dis film was all dat until i saw d movie myself last week. And i tell u it was d exact opposite i was feeling. All Mercy Johnson did in the movie was just cry. It wasn't all dat at all. Infact, i regretted watching it sef.:1087:

You are not supposed to FEEL her, leave that to us guys..know what i mean? Seen her in person?...... She,s got one of the most banging figure in Nollywood..... She doesnt need anything, I like her the way she is, very natural!... And to me, thats black beauty right there!

God bless you! My sentiments exactly. I had - had enough when 25 minutes into the movie, all this lady did was cried. I pressed the eject button and slotted in my Yoruba movie.

I see that she is being typecasted already. Saw another film she did with Ini Edo and same thing. Her acting ability for me, surpasses Ini's. However, Ini manages to clinch differing roles each time. She needs to step up her game and turn down cry cry movies jo.

Oh, did I say she has the best figure in Nollywood? She beats Stephanie in my opinion.

Okay so i finally laid my hands on this movie a lot of you guys hyped about.
First of all I was pleasently suprised about that kind of story - I mean it was something for crying out loud. Still predictable but different.

    Now about the actors :

Mike ezereonye : I liked his line delivery but men his accent was too much! Yes I know he was suppose to act someone that just came from the states but make we tok true, you land for naija, you were born in naija, no matter how much you have lived in the states you don't overdo it. Gosh me and my friend almost freaked out everytime he started speaking. Yeah it sounds good in an american movie or foreign movie but it would have been if he could have kept the english - simple english for that matter.

Uche anyamele:I don't like the way he acts. I have seen him in a couple of movies so far. This one (kill the bride) and then another movie that was made by Dove Media...I think the title was The Prodigal son or something like that. And I did not like his acting there too. Maybe he needs other kind of roles he feels more comfortable with but for me his not convincing enough. My own oppinoin sha.

Mercy johnson:This movie actually totally destroyed her rep. This lady has a lot of potentials. The first movie i saw her featuring in was THE MAID and she had a good delvery in the flick, although the movie itself was crap I still had her in mind afterwards. This whole crying crying did not even ler her speak words properly and all that ish. I was really dissapointed on how they did not let her explore her xter well. Crying here and there ...hisss.
Anyways I do know that we gon hear more about this lady.

To finish up, the whole movie was just toooo long. Do you know why? Cos all you saw was crying here and there! So it strechted everything like hell...and yeah why does my feeling tell me that there soon be a prt 2?

I finally saw the movie and like everyone here already said, the movie was too long and too much crying. Sometimes, one can barely hear what Mercy was saying.

I just hope naija actors will stop with the screaming. I mean Eddy's father screamed from start to end, so was Mike.

    The movie was ok.

I don tire that thing esp. rewinding to hear wetin the person talk and a good chunk of the time it will be a waste because the screaming drowns out the dialogue. I have yet to see that in Ghanaian Movies and I hope they do not emulate that thing.

Mercy's endless crying in this movie ruined the storyline sooooo bad. Worst enough, one couldn't even hear what in heavens name she was saying anytime you saw her crying. Infact, I had to give up watching it...what a waste!

Blame the incompetence of the director for that.
If i were the executive/producer of that flick,i will never hire that director for any of my future productions, ever again.
