Ok...so what's the deal with this guy?
am I harsh for wanting to tell him to suck it up and put on his big boy draws and play basketball? That's your damn job, most of us get shoddy treatment and until we get another job we grit our teeth and do what we are supposed to do until we take care of the problem.
I thought that was unprofessional of him.

TM, you are so wrong - Lamar Kardashian Odom? - LMAOOOOOOOO
That caught my eye too LOL

But for real, I realize this cat has problems but he needs to man up. I think he was just pissy because the Lakers traded him. He wants to be back in LA shooting his dumb reality show. Priorities all messed up.

The guy has been going through a lot. i wished he could have come up with my team, Mavericks, but he was never happy. Goodluck to him.

Sorry but going thru a lot doesn't mean you should be unprofessional. Was he even trying? I caught one game and I don't know, I'm no afficinado (sp) but it didn't seem like he was trying hard enough. I turned the channel after a few minutes so I might have caught him in a few off minutes.

He should never have joined the Kardashian Klown show. He didn't need the money, he should insisted on only doing the show during the off season and NOT when he should be focused on work. I think it started out with him being pissy that he got traded then a series of family issues just caused him to derail from there, he couldn't find his stride but how could he and how could the team members get to know him when he spent most his time sulking?

According to my peeps research results......first off, this is not the first time Lamar would be facing adversity in his career as a BB player. He's a big boy. He'll be alright. His first year with the Clippers, he got caught smoking pot, he cried like a baby at a press conference (like kobe did), but he survived it. he would definitely survive this one too. ......em, he should consider returning the 8million dollars they already paid his ass this season since he's stopped working.

IMHO, he shouldn't have been messing with any of dem Kardashian Angels (to use a nice word) in the first place.

Just saying................

My dear, for the amount of money he's being paid, in addition to playing the basket ball I for dey clean the locker room too! Big Ingrate. See as God took him from a lousy family background full of all kinds of addictions to the pinnacle and he's acting a fool!

Although I was about the only person in this world who thought the acquistion of Lamar Odom was bad for the Mavericks. I never like his game to begin with, but I was told that he did this and that for the Lakers. Mtew! Anyway, the truth of the matter is when one goes through problems it is difficult focus at work. We have seen people who went through break-ups and couldn't focus at work and had to be given time off, as an example. Lamar tried to be relevant for the Mavs but his best wasn't good enough. He needs the time off to rehabilitate himself. I'm just hoping he would not the way of Sprewell where he turned down mega amount of money and abruptly quit playing basketball.

There is nothing wrong with the Kardashiams to begin with. I mean, Humphrey messed with the most controversial of them all and he is still standing. Reggie Bush messed with the most controversial of the Kardashians and...well...he is still standing. Lamar is a man and a man mans up in his home, but he is a lover boy. I mean isn't that what the women want? Somebody who can love them unconditionally? So now that Lamar is doing just that all of a sudden he is wrong for that?! You are a man, Dsampler, would you man up or play to the crowd?

i hear what you are saying, but from all indications, he was BUMMED that he got traded from his beloved lakers. if he hadn't been traded, his game would still have been on point despite his personal woes.
anyway, goodluck to him, i hope he takes this time to get himself together, i don't watch their show but i've heard that him (he?) and his wife seem to be genuinely in love with each other.
but i still think he was unprofessional though.
