Bro Sola i strongly agree with you on this one.
I do not feel an ounce of pity for this man. he should be punished. severly.
This man destroyed people!!! went after them and destroyed them financially and professionally when they tried to tell truth.

I don't recall the name of the people he did this to, but I do remember a heated conversation with a co-worker about armstrong and he was so sure that armstrong was doping and i believed he wasn't, and he said one day the truth would come to light. and that lance was a bad person and that he believed he was doping because of the way he was going after the people who were trying to tell the truth.
i countered with the fact that he himself would try to clear his name if anybody accused him of unethical accounting practices and he said "i wouldn't destroy them financially and professionally, i would set about proving my innocence and then sue them for slander and defamation"
i remember thinking "what an olodo" but..i guess he's having the last laugh now.
i wonder if i'll get an email from him (i left that company few years ago) saying "i told you so"

ahh! thanks for the clarification.
very sharp guy. wait till the statute of limitations has passed then admit. gotta give it to the guy.
well, i suppose he's made all the money he can make

I think she went to jail for lying under oath. Lance Armstrong's lying has passed the statute of limitations

Errrmmm, what about the endorsements and the sponsorships... do they get their money back or since they've made money off his name, they're not owed anything? So many lives and livelihood hinge on one man, what power!!! Or is it??? This is why a brand should not be built around an individual, people are human.

@ bolded, I doubt it...Im sure there was some clause in the agreement (especially from his side) that would ensure this does not happen.

This would make an interesting case for the future though with artists and sports folks IF their sponsors put a clause that should "x y and z" happen, we get a % of our money back... lol!
