I'm mildly curious, what do you guys think? cleveland? miami?

why are the ohio people clamouring for him to stay in cleveland? abi they forgot that a few months ago they were the ones calling him all kinds of traitor, sell-out and other foul names when he didn't take them to the play-off?
they were ready to crucify him for that last game.

in my opinion, they should be punished small for turning their backs on him jo.

so, ohio or not?

NY abeg! Look if he doesn't stay in Cleveland, he must come to NY.

If he goes to Miami he will never be top dog. Dwayne Wade has already won without him. And Miami is Wade's town. Now if he stays in Cleveland he will be hailed forever. Even if he never wins. But if he wins just 1 title he would be a God there.

Now if he coems to NY, he will become an even more global icon! NY hasn't won a championship since 1973 and the franchise as a whole has only 2 championships! NY is starving for a winner. We love Patrick Ewing and he never won here, but kept us relevant and gave us hope every year. If he were to win one Championship in NY it would be bigger than any other place her would win.... He would simply own NY forever!! He would be placed atop the NY hall of fame with DeNiro, Sinatra, Babe Ruth, the Empire State building and the Statue of Liberty! Hell, they would build a statue of LeBron is he won in NY!!

EG: Hockey player Mark Messier is known as the captain of the NY Rangers when they won the Stanley Cup after 44 years... No-one remembers that he won 5 Stanley Cups in Canada with the Edmonton Oilers!! No-one! He was a league and playoff MVP during those years but no-one remembers.. That's because he won them behind Wayne Grektzy, who was the man of those teams, and it was in Canada. All people remember is the only one cup he won in NY where he wasn't even the best player, but he was the man! Google him and all you will see is pictures of him as a NY Ranger.... Being in NY is different.....

This can happen to Lebron if he takes the challenge and comes to the Knicks!

abeg where are his people make i send them this analysis.
tenks sindey, but one question though: does he want to be top dog or is chasing that elusive (so far, for him) ring what he wants more?

i haven't been following basketball that closely, but does he have a chance with the Knicks of getting the championship? apparently the incentive to go to maimi is that he has those two, Wade and Bosh, who are among the top at the moment...

All great players want to be top dog to win the championship. Jordan once said, I don't want to be part of the reason we win, I want to BE the reason we win....

But the Knicks are a loooooooooonnnnngggg way away from the championship.... But there is where the real challenge is. If he choses to accept it....

Dwayne Wade and LeBron James on the same team? If NBA pulls this off, THAT will be shameful. It's bigger than Kobe and Gasol. I can't even imagine how they'll evenly share the ball-handling responsibility. I still think he'll stay in Cleveland. Oh, and Chris Bosh is now a Heat player. Man oh man, Miami is fiercely going for the Championship.

kobe bryant learned how to share ball-handling responsiblity.
these two sound like level headed people to me, so i'm sure they'll figure it out if it's true.

Hmm, still trying to imagine how Miami can pull off signing Bosh/LeBron with DWade. Monstrous stuff.

how bad is it? you make it sound like its a bad move.
isn't that what is ideal? three powerhouses on one team to get the ultimate: a championship.

True, I like those three and Pat Riley is a genius. But I'd like to see NBA teams get equal chances at championship contention, not the stuff we've seen the past 2 decades.

My sources are telling me that LeBron has decided to team up with D. Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami. To me, that's a very bad move by LeBron. He should've gone to NYC with Amare or stayed put in Cleveland. After all, the Cavs are a championship caliber team already. They would've defeated Boston if LeBron was a 100% And we all know that they had a very good record vs the "Fakers".

Going to Miami to play with Wade and Bosh would damage the LaBron brand. The Heat is never gonna be LeBron's team. And guess what, they might not even win a championship, even with the big three....they still need a dependable big man in the center.

Let's hope that my sources are wrong this time. Anywayz, we shall know by tonite

It was announced Thursday night that Heat now has LeBron. Oh man, what a shameful night for NBA. Pat Riley knows how to fill up a team with the right pieces, so picking up a decent Center and pure shooters/bench shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure there are plenty of players (even veterans) who wouldn't mind playing with these three. But... WOW, this is sad news for Cleveland and NBA as a whole. It is big for Danny Gilbert (Cleveland owner) to make statements like: "I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE. "You can take it to the bank."

And sadly, I may have to root for him. :(

Hopefully, I am not speaking out my a$$ and if I am, make una forgive me o but I don't know about this Miami thing, he according to my dude was always known to be a loyal dude so this move which will cause an economical devastation to cleveland sucks. would it have been better for him to stay in cleveland, help them win the championship or help NY and be a hero OR follow D-Wade and Chris Bosch (sp?) to Miami for what from all intents and purposes appears to be an easy path to the championship? Who sabi. Somebody wrote that Michael, Magic got their championships standing alone, not riding anyone's coat tail or following anyone and that for doing this Lebron has proved that he no fit do am alone, who agrees?

Well, I kinda thought he might choose Miami.
Who knows, they might have given him a sweeter and better package deal than the others did... but at thesame time, am skeptic about this move cause too many egos in one team is not a good thing!!!

LeBron has been with cleveland his entire career, all 7 years of it. these days, who stays with one company for that long if they can find a better job?

and, i am amazed that the daniel gilbert guy does not remember the abuse that guy took when they lost the game that would qualify them for the championship. i don't recall him coming to LeBron's aid, or telling the people to chill. his open letter to Lebron was something else.

please. the boy has to take care of himself, and if cleveland wasn't prepared to bring in good players to help him win a championship, then let him go to where he can get what he wants, or where he thinks he can get what he wants. will he live and die in cleveland?

please, even indentured servants/slaves in the olden days got freedom after 7 years.
