Hey People.

Finally decided to pop back in here after my haitus - was out monitoring the sales of Letters - thank you Naija. Now I can form and write my name as; screen writer and assistant director of the best selling (read HIGHEST selling for now, lol!) 'Letters To A Stranger." LOL!

Which reminds me - so there I was sitting there in the back of a cab on what felt like the hottest day of the year and then a TAP! on the window - I reared back and when I recovered enough from my heat induced stupor to identify what the fellow was waving at me, I realized he was hawking Project Nollywood movies

"Chairman, you go buy? Caught in the centre (I swear he said centre not Middle, LOL - hey Charles Novia, do you mind that they do that?) Letter to a stranger? bros, make I bring am?"

"LetterS"

"Kini?"

"You said LETTER to a stranger, it's LETTERS to a stranger"

blank face - long pause...then

Totally uncomprehending "You say?"

"Whatever..."

"Ah Bros, you no want follow me buy?"

Irritated mumble "When you dont even know the name of what you're selling..."

"Ah bros, all this grammer, shey na you make the something abi? NA buy I say make you buy..."

i resisted the urge to say "Well YEAH....I wROTE it...!" instead - "How much?"

"300, for part one and part two

Now the blank face and the silence was mine

"Part what and who?"

"sorry i mean disc one and two you know say na two disc

Needless to say I had a good belly laugh to myself, got my arm twisted to buy a copy and autograph it for my companion. the cab man overheard that I wrote it and insisted that I give him a free copy (Lol! For where? When Fred even made me buy my copies!)

Anyhow - have two MAJOR meetings with producers about Deleting Bisi - keep your fingers crossed...

Have a great day all!!!!

i did't see any letter to a stranger, rather a book to a stranger. Perhap they are trying to copy perfect stranger, Halley Berry. D talk , talk was just too much, no action in the move. Just a straight forward movie.

No action? Are you kidding me?What do you consider to be "action",in your book?
LTAS flick was filled with movements from beginning to end, unlike "still pictures with moving lips" that most other nollywood flicks are.

Apparently the existence of intellect residing in your medulla oblongata has ceased in perpetuating itself thus rendering your knowledge, currently nonexistent...

 :bouncy

Ok, make i review without any bias whatsoever! And i go just pretend say the writer never come show face at all!!

This is a nice movie people! I just finished watching it and i have to give it up to all the acts!!!

Fred didnt quite do it for me but He was not too bad!

I dont even want to think about the flaws, cos i cant remember any this moment, i enjoyed it thoroughly and the last scene brought tears to my eyes!

Ok, Genevieve Nnaji! you are the bomb! And Yemi Blaq!! What planet are you from???? I loved these two characters most and I believed everything they did and said!

This movie is, if you ask me, a breath of fresh air and its one of the top few since Keeping Faith!!!!!:)

Thanks to everyone that was involved with this project and Mr Aghahowa, please keep up the good work!!!

I am so proud this one came from Naija ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

9/10 from me!!!!
Sis me
You've taken the words right out of my mouth. I really enjoyed this film. It was different. I loved Elvina Ibru's character. Genevieve - ugo chinyere i.e the glory/pride/aura that God gave...(rough translation) did not disappoint. Ibinabo and Fred - stick to cameo appearances or not at all. Lovely outfits. Enjoyable dialogue. Unpredictable ending.:star::star::thumbs_up:

Victor Sanchez Aghahowa continue. The only way to perfect your craft is to keep writing, writing and writing and listening to Sidney:p( no seriously)

Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
