I liked Agbara Nla...... it was translated to english and made for tv. Nobody missed it in benin when it came on in the evenings.... Ultimate Power. And you are so right about the scary aspect of it. I will definitely look for that new one you guys talked about. They are preachy sometimes but there is always a good lesson behind it that is why I honestly do believe that they seek guidance from God before they tell the story.

I love those folks works, the always drive people to the point, and they never seize to entertain viewers while they preach the word of God great combination of elements. (Where are the AYAMATANGAs of this site anyway?)

Are they based in Ibadan?Anybody knows?
Yes uncle Vince, they are based in Ibadan, they used to be in Ife but moved few years back.
Mike and Gloria Bamiloye were actually in my church some weeks ago, you could feel the love in the air as eveyone screamed when they were ushered to the front from their humble seats at the back of the church.Such spirit-filled people!

For their fans in U.K, they have a new soap on O.B.E channel at 9pm every tuesday. Special guest appearance- Evangelist Toun Soetan.

God bless y'all :)

I think the latest ones are:
Storms of Life, covenant child, back to zero point and esin ajoji.

The soap on OBE channel is called SECRET REASONS.

PAST MOVIES ARE:

WOUNDED HEART
JUST A LITTLE SIN
THE gODS ARE DEAD
CAPTIVES OF THE MIGHTY
ATTACK FROM HOME
PERILOUS TIMES
BEGINNING OF THE END
ULTIMATE POWER(AGBARA NLA)
THE STORY OF MY LIFE
ENEMY OF MY SOUL
FRUITLESS TREE
APOTI ERI

and hey, you know what, the titles of their movies have everything to do with the story line unlike the English movies we see.

Whatever Happened to Mount Zion?

Does anyone know if they have produced any new movies? i enjoy watching their movie, their storylines are interesting, the only problem i have with their movies is that they are too religious for me.

I actually think Mount Zion should merge with the Yoruba movie industry, so that it would be widely opened to more people and so that great actors from both industries can produced even much more better movies. I also think that they should produce movies that not so much religious.

They got great actor in Mount Zion Film Ministry, like Gloria Bamidele, Funmi Okeowo and the kid that was in Apoti Ere, i hope they join the Yoruba movie Industry, those are excellent actors. Doyin Hassan is the only MZF actor that has featured in Yoruba movies, such as Saworoide. In case you dont know him he is one of the main stars in Captives of the Mighty and Wounded Heart.
Can anyone recommend any Mount Zion movies? I remember Apoti Eri, Wounded Heart, Just a little sin and Captive of the Might, those are all great movies with very good story lines.

The Story of my life, The beginning of the end/Ibere opin aiye was the BOMB. I don't think they should merge with the Yoruba movie industry at all, I like them religious the way they are. They should do their own and Yoruba movie industry should do theirs.
