Maybe Tyra felt a bit threatened that Nnenna would blow up more than she did, that's okay, another modelling agency will pick her up, it's all good. That Jade does not look a thing like a model, she looks like any other girl down the street; sorry to say, but Furonda looks like a ghettobird, the only perspn I'm rooting for right now is Danielle.

Okay Robbie dearie...there is solidarity and then there is illusion, o. Tyra is not threatened by Nnenna. What? Tyra has accomplished so much in her career...Nnenna is just starting, I am sorry she is not threatening anyone right now. Tyra has one vote on the panel and if the rest out vote her then she can't really do much about it even though I strongly believe she might be able to veto their vote at any given time if she feels strongly about a candidate.

I agree with you about Jade and Furonda. I am down for Danielle as well. She's been my favorite from beginning in as much as I supported Nnenna...that one was my own. She does need to learn how to speak but I love her sense of humor and focus. I think it might come down to (unfortunately) Jade and Danielle in the end. Those white girls are fillers right now...they are just taking up space so they can have people to eliminate. They should go keep their bags packed by the door.

I wasn't fighting the girl's decision...I just didn't like that she was asked to change it. I mean, what if she had thin lips...would they inject collagen there to plump them up? These shows are watched by impressionable children and they are being told that things God gave them are WRONG and that's not cool. Madonna made a career with her gap so wetin happen? Because she is white, it's right? I don't want to hear about Madonna being a singer and Danielle being a model b/c in the long run they all have to be in magazines selling music for madonna and clothes/shoes etc etc for Danielle. They both have to be smiling into somebody's camera. Madonna held her own and didn't cover that gap and she's not broke or dying in obscurity. That gap could have been Danielle's selling point but they didn't even see that option.madr:

Okay, that's you opinion I respect that, but you know Tyra Banks is not all that big, yes, she's a supermodel and then what? Don't get me wrong, I love Tyra and I think she's an inspiration to women out there. However, firstly, Tyra is NOT the highest paid supermodel despite her talkshow, production company and ANTM, you know who the highest paid is? Brazilian model GISELLE! Secondly, all the past winners of ANTM what are they doing now? not much. The only person that has been seen around in a movie and a music video is Eva; Adrienne that won the first show was on relaity TV and now does practically Playboy sort of modelling as well as an ad for diamonds. The girl in the season with Camille that won is NOWHERE to be found, except once that I saw her on VH1, last seasons winner was a judge on Miss America last week BUT that is not modeling last time I checked. The other girl that spotted the mohawk two seasons ago is hardle known by anyone, and I hardly see or hear of her anywhere except being rumored to be dating Russel Simmons. The thing is Nnenna is better off being recruited by someone else than being on ANTM that's my opinion.

If you had said what I have enboldened in your initial statement then I would have agreed with you readily because sometimes its better to not win these contests because you can shake off the stigma of having been on a reality show if you hadn't won than if you had won BUT that's not what you said. I only disagreed with you because you said Tyra might have been "threatened" by Nnenna. Tyra may not be the highest paid supermodel but pit her face against Nnenna's anywhere and I bet you she would be recognized first. Even with Gisele, Adrianna Lima, Liya Kebele etc etc on the map, people still recognize and give props to Tyra. All I am saying is that Tyra feeling "threatened" by Nnenna is NOT the reason she got kicked off. She was a bit boring and her facial expression didn't change much in the pictures...she needed to spice it up a little bit BUT not with all that John crap either. The girl didn't win lets just accept it and keep it moving instead of making up stuff about why.

We must think alike... I told this to my friend that Nnenna has a potential to be the next Black TOP SUPER MODEL.. but Tyra wants it to be all about her!

I really believe she felt threatened!n Funny enough I want Jade to win now....

(I've yet to see a single clip of the show)

....But usually as with contest/reality shows, losers are winners down the road. So, I think she have won already for making it that far on the show.

Not to be negative or anything, but it was just a question of time.

@ highlighted. Very true. Now why will Trya feel threatened? What does Nnenna have to begin with. All they want on that show is drama and lots and lots of it to make the show interesting....Nnenna on the other hand, is about keeping it real and they did not appreciate that. Their loss. She will find her way....

But I must say, that judge with the ugly lips did not like her to start with and he finally got his way...hope he is happy.:gnash :gnash :gnash

But is it really about Tyra or Naomi? Nnenna was boring so I don't see how Tyra could have been intimidated by that.

Not just African women but African's period...our accent puts some of them off and they do not hesitate in telling us or making it very clear to us one way or the other. It is sad but very true...only if i could get a minute to twist those lips of his, it will have been with pleasure.

Thanks to wifey, I've watched all series of this show (b/c of Nnenna). I'm sorry but I did not see Nnenna's firing last week coming. That was her first time being one of the last 2. The reality is that she was given no margin of error. The only reason why she was not fired earlier was because she was head and shoulders better than everyone. The moment she had 1 bad patch, she got fired. Certainly Ms. J was a force behind her firing (he never liked nnenna from jump - probably the fact that she was an African dominating the show rubbed him the wrong way). Forget the whole 'boring' thing. What you do on screen/ pictures is what supermodels get paid millions for - not their personality. Them folks were looking for a reason to get rid of Nnenna for weeks. Furonda - this is a chick with no chest (I mean - totally FLAT) whatsoever somehow still alive in the show. The 2 white chicks are hopeless. Jade is the fakest old overgrown girl known to mankind. Danielle is attractive and appears likely to win. Anyways, now that nnenna is gone, I can focus on other things. Phew!:guns

THANK YOU...that girl has a lot of potential, and the fact that she was kicked off so quickly without even considering how well she had done in the past projects was a bit strange, and that her boyfriend drama did not help either.
