I read the people magazine and the jet magazine today and a story about 7 texas kids abondoned in nigeria by their adoptive mother was on both magazines.the kids were begging for food on the streets of Ibadan and were savedby a missionary. just wanted to tell you guys if you guys don't already know about the story.the kid's biological mother is AA but was convicted of a crime, the magazines didn't say what, anyway she was incarcerated, therefore the state of texas decided to take her kids.the kids were placed in the custody of another AA who has a Boyfriend or Fiance with a nigerian relative and that's how the kids got to nigeria. for now, the child welfare departmentof texas are still investigating the matter , so the adoptive mother has not been arrested yet.on the other hand the nigerian businessman who abondoned the kids in an orphanage seemed to have disappeared into thin air as the reports had it.I hope I've cleared up any confusions.

So one woman gave birth to seven kids or what are you all saying? And do they mention the oldest to the youngest? Can they try and tell the story right. And the thing about adoptive and having boyfriend? This almost sound like urban legend.

just because i'm in a talkative mood today:
A woman somehow has become an adoptive mother to 7 american children. (I am unclear as to the citizenship of the woman but reports have claimed she is African-American)
Her boyfriend is a Nigerian. (this I know for sure)
she tells the 7 children that she is going to send them to a boarding school in Nigeria.
She brings the children to Nigeria, leaves them with a relative of her boyfriend, leaves some money and skips back to the states.
Soon the money stops coming and the children wind up in an orphanage, in the most deplorable conditions, but then again all orphanages in nigeria are deplorable.
An american missionary happens to be at the orphanage and hears an American accent among the dirty children he sees and ends up talking to them. they recite their social security numbers, cheer for the dallas cowboys and try to convince him they are indeed american.
when the missionary is about to walk out the door, the children line up and sing the anthem with him.
They are back in the states, their "mother" has been arrested, and I think this is where the story ends.
For now.

Interesting, I dont even know if I should laugh or continue gigling. This is one psycho story. You adopted children and skip. Who asked her to adopt in the first place. I dont even know how to comment on messed up things like this. I leave it to the pundits.

I heard this story on the 11 o'clcock news but it is lacking in details. Like people said above. Where is the lady from? Where is the woman and the boyfriend now.

Anyway, some human beings are wicked sha. May God help those kids. These are the kind that when they grow up they will be superstars and movie stars. Watch!
