Some how along the line (or thread) I want to believe that everyone in this has contributed one ay or the other. And moreso I believe every one in this thread is right in individual senses. As for Just_me, The only statement I don't agree with there was to say R. Askia has 70 % (well maybe when he stopped watching 9ja movis when askia was still bubbling) but I solely agree with hm when he said the nigerian actresses are not yet to be compared. truly all nigerian and american actresses has their own style. As for Gene. I think she is a bomb (she explodes in a area if acting) but over used. (will talk about that later) Not to Vince. You make a lot a sense to me. the guy tha said "rome wasn't built in a day, I also agree with you but still the nigerian actresses feel they are already a completed Rome per say.
With this I want to say here that The producers should source for more young and talented actors and actresses. I wonder what they are still waiting for. Gene, Omotola ,Liz etc. will turn 75 and still be playing a young student in movies? There a lot of themj out there just as Rome is not built in a day , they should think a movie (good one) can be made in three months.
Think about it!
Markame!
(a shout out to VINCE my man)
Mcallstar, i am a SHE not a HE:D

When i said "i give Regina Askia 7o%" i expected some matured people to ask me WHY? Anyways, that is become she is atleast better than some of the actors and actresses i'm seeing right now. Believe me, Regina Askia can go international and even be compared to Hollywood black American actresses cos she's up to standard considering so many things about her!. When i see someone that captivates me in the movie industry, i'll let ya'll konw still.

Just_Me, If you're going to speak in public, you have to to know and stand by what you say - or you accept nicely that you were wrong, instead of throwing tantrums and insinuations of immaturity at other members.

Just in case you have forgotten, the statement you made was pretty conclusive. You did not leave room for anyone to doubt you or misunderstand you. In one breath, you say up there that "You have never seen any Nigerian actor that acts well", then you say "You're into American movies, NOT Nigerian". How can you SEE any good one when you don't watch them?

You give Askia 70% out of all the "fake" others that you really don't watch. And we tell you from that statement alone, anyone who knows about acting can tell EVERYTHING you know about it. There's no need to explain it to you. There is no need to ask you why because you have told us earlier that "Nigerian actors and actresses have not moved me in any way; i'm yet to see the actor or actress that will captivate, subdue, charm, enchant, and facinate me cos i'm still unshakable!" Why would you question someone who is "unshakable"? If you plan to grow, you should not be "unshakable".

Would you want to tell us these things about her that you see that we cannot? Please educate us, since we don't know anything about acting. We're waiting. :)
