Hello All, I was told use peanut oil to fry my fish and chicken. Can I use it to make stew and stir fry dishes? Just curious..

i believe so.
i used to work for an food oil refinery and peanut oil was one of their biggest inventory moving products. soybean, peanut and canola oil.
my boss actually fried a turkey for thanksgving one year with peanut oil and it tasted ok.
but you might want to get a small bottle and give it a try to see if you'd like it.
