Saw Interstellar last week, as a Chris Nolan fan, that was an inevitability. One of the few directors still able to drag my butt to a movie theatre. Not mind-bending, but good stuff nevertheless.

Didn't like interstellar. I saw Birdman and it was amazing.

I've seen the Polish (foreign language) drama, IDA. Haunting! Beautiful! Knock of the park performances.

    Also seen:

SELMA (Believe all the hype, it is amazing)

Beyond the Lights (Ignore the trailer. the movie is so much more than the generic fluff it presents it to be)

BELLE (Beautiful but not exactly my cup of tea)

BOYHOOD (Amazing. I felt like a fly on the wall watching these lives unfold. It wasn't a movie, it was an experience. It hooked me and didn't leave me, even after leaving the theatre)

The theory of Everything (It was good but it's strongest points are the exquisite performances, especially from Eddie Redmayne who plays Stephen Hawking)

Crazy, but I started binge-watching Fringe on Netflix. So many things I missed when it ran on tv with all those commercials in the way can now be gleaned... Miss that show.

Selma is awesome , never have I cried for any movie from the beginning to the end but I did with this and David Oyelowo encaptured all of MLK mannerism and even looks . I felt MLK in David , that guy is great, he nailed the role . I also love the fact that he can transition from the America to Nigerian accent .I just wish I could hug him

I'll take the hug on his behalf! Over here!

Stopped following The Flash and Gotham. Becoming moronic.
    Binged Blacklist. Lovely.

I gave up on Scorpion. Started getting childish for me, especially since I can't figure out why that non-smart girl is there. Humanise them my foot...
But the Person of Interest episode where Shaw was "taken out" was cool. Love that character as played to bits.
State of Affairs, not yet. May check it out.
Still trying to watch How to get away with murder, but they won't put the first episodes on demand. Asking to be paid extra for it. Nuts. I can wait.

Totally hear you on Scorpion - Tues 'filler' for me. The 'dumb' girl is 'eye candy'... they have to pull in the 'nerdy' viewers still living at home ;)
Kinda like 'The 100', I dropped it after the 2nd episode because it was some silly teenage stuff... a friend of mine carried on watching it and told me it really changed and became more mature... now I'm catching up on season 2 and actually like it... it really did change.

Oh I think everybody likes Shaw... POI still as good. I hope they put out the first episodes of How to get away with murder... only 9 episode here so far, I thought the season was meant to be 15 episodes.

Saw the first episode of Empire. Beautiful show. Didn't keep up though. Will catch up when I have the time.
Loving Larry Wilmore's new show after my Daily Show fix.

Thanks people... just checking out 'Empire'.

EDIT: Not bad at all; something new and interesting... I think I'm going to like this.
