    I am not sure about that bit,abike.While your translation sounds like an admonition for being late,the original is meant to be a greeting.You see?

    Acceptable.
    But that "o ku at'aaro" line is tricky,simple but tricky.I am not sure how to precisely translate it,either.
    There are many yoruba phrases like that,simple to understand in their original form,but very stubborn to precisely translate in english

    Your translation of these two lines are not accurate.
    I am not sure of this,either.

    Mmmm....too formal.Remember that the original line is a slang.The translation should be "slangish" too,but precise.
