Has anybody seen this movie?
Yes... I liked it...
Its currently on HBO. Just a so-so movie. Good entertainment when you don't have to process stuff.
Yeah. I had to ignore some glaring questions and things I found hard to believe...
i must have to see it again then, in case i missed something.
i didn't like it too much.
and this is the third movie (or is it the fourth) that denzel met the same fate. why is that?
THANK YOU! i thought it was just me.
i caught it on HBO yesterday and i thought it was because i was ironing and doing laundry that i might have missed somethings.
didn't like it too much.
I couldnt finish it. Or maybe i should rephrase, i couldnt start watching. I quit before the movie even started.
i didn't like that bland colour, the plot was....
well...i'll watch keeping faith before i watch this movie again.
Same here. Didnt "werk" for me.
I liked it, although, i did not even understand the point of the movie. honestly i watched it cos jennifer beals was in it, na so my loyalty dey carry me go sha, even though she was blind in the movie, those mofos!
the blind woman is jennifer beals?
i couldn't believe carnegie was gary oldman(sirius black) from Harry Potter o.
the point of the movie was simply this: denzel is to deliever the last copy of a book that is powerful to the west where it will be safe and reproduced in a post apocalyptic world.
cargnegie understands the power of the book and wants it for himself.
drama. the twist at the end with denzel and why carnegie couldn't read the book when he finally got it. i was totally thrown by that, although somethings made sense when i realized what denzel's physical limitation was.
(trying not to give anything away for those who want to watch it.)
AAAHH I see it now, yeah yeah, even if Carnegie had the book he could not read it, I liked mila kunis in it too, and yes that was my alternate universe wife Jennifer Beals!
So should I watch it YES or NO? I have the movie for couple of months now but cant bring myself to watch it. So who's gon vouch for this movie, so I know who to fight if it's not good...cos I have more than 70movies that I have not watched and I dont wanna waste time on this one. Ves up people!
like sola said, if you want something mindless to watch, then go ahead.
once was enough for me.
my mum was watching this movie and for some strange reason she loved it!
Probably because of the Biblical dependencies...
ah yes!! didn't even think about that.
and she likes action movies.
Then its a movie made in hollywood heaven just for her...
