The trick to make your natual hair soft and healthy

I have to share this with you all. Cause it is working wonders for me for real.:fing05:

For the past five years or more, I have been dealing with very unhealthy hair. I saw various doctors thinking that it was all related to thyriod problems. But, all the blood work I did came back as normal and so I didn't have thyriod problems as I thought.

My hair was falling out and not growing although I no longer had perm in my hair.

I was actually bald in the middle of my hair and the hairline was totally gone.

It was unbelievable and very disturbing!

I even stopped the weaves and braids and went natural due to this but the results was still the same. Damaged hair!

Finally, a co-worker at work told me what I needed to do to get my hair back and healthy. She told me to get the following items from the organic store.

Aloe Vera gel
Vegetable glycerin
Coconut oil
Castor oil
(could not find this at the organic store......found it at the vitamin store)

Put a little of each one of them into a bottle and mixed them up. Then, depending on how damaged your hair is, apply it to your hair everyday. I did it every morning as my hair was really damaged. But, if your hair is natural and you just have a hard time managing it due to the kinkyness, then apply it into your hair three or twice a week. All you have to do is to put a small amount into your hands and apply it into your hair and then massage it for a few minutes.

Give it two to three days and you will notice how soft your hair becomes and later on (about two to three months) you will see how healthy your hair becomes.

If you have damaged hair or you have natural hair that is so difficult to manage, this is indeed for you and believe me it works and you will love the results as I am now.

In addition to this, I also take the following vitamins and I have seen an improvement to my energy level and the effects of taking the vitamins on my skin and nails...this is incredible.

Vitamins:

Biotin
B-Complex Super
MSM - Sulfer
Silica - Horsetail (leaves)

The horsetail is really for people who have aches in their knees but for some reason, it is making the hair grow and so you can get it.

The MSM - Sulfer makes your skin glow....I mean seriously! Everyone is amazed at my face and body.

I am really amazed at my hair now. It is so healthy and soooooooooo soft. Very, very easy to manage.

My mom visited me this past weekend and she has very long natural hair. However, combing through it was so painful for hair. After I applied the stuff into her hair, you will not believe this, but when I combed the hair afterwards, she did not feel a thing. Likewise my niece who has very long permed hair....

Thanks Sis. The last part about permed hair is so true. I have permed hair now but had natural for a couple of years. I learned to take better care of my hair when it was natural. I still use the same natural hair products sometimes when I really want to just keep my hair moisturized on a daily basis. It gives my hair a wave. I just pull it up and let it fall down as it wants. I will definitely try your tips on my permed hair. Honestly if you really want to learn how your hair truly works then go natural. Every black woman should take that journey at some point
