My sister, I will have a place set for you on the table!! Husband loves iru but complaints of the smell when I cook it, so I have to get one of those heavy duty fans in my kitchen, until he's ready to pay for it, he will enjoy is soup with iru but will suffer the smell like the rest of us. We will be expecting you around 7ish.

Morning yall

Woke up in the middle of the night and was craving for Gari and peanuts. So I entered the kitchen and started pealing the peanuts.....sigh.....

So breakfast was gari with peanuts and green tea.

I have funny cravings these days, yall berra pray for me :roll

And no supermommy nothing sele o :)

Today I'm feeling my pepper soup and suya, I think I will make the suya and the goat pepper soup tonight. BTW, for anyone that is interested, I found a great way to make better suya, instead of dipping your skewers in water for a few minutes, soak them in apple cider vinegar, it appears to mute the tang on the red onions and your spices are so much more pronouced. I used both vadalia and sweet onions for mine. It only appears to work on the grill though, not if you bake it, still nice, but not quite the same. Yes that will be my dinner!! Light, yet satisfying!!!
