Right now, I'm on that rubbish app Sifu suggested, though I've lost 3 lbs, I can't even eat what I want, hence. What I would LOVE TO BE EATING NOW is some parbroled rice with fried fish stew, watermelons, and peppered gizzards. Thanks Sifu!!! BTW, for lunch I had a caesar salad with no dressing, but I mixed a bit of lemon juice with olive oil and oregano and I sliced some chicken to it. Not what I would like to eat, but it's within my calorie allotment.
