I seem to be receiving many requests on how to become a star. I have to think of something. maybe an address database that can be used by anyone, depending on your area.

It is normal that everybody thinks that they can act,but the true picture is a really different.some sort of education is needed for this aspirants. That is why the article is good.If anybody in the diaspora wants to start an acting career, then he/she should go to the place where it is really happening and try to get in.

Are there agencies that take care of aspiring actors/actresses in nigeria? You know,a place where they can register with their pictures and credentials and all?I've not heard anything about such agencies.

To the best of my knowledge, no.
That is too bad!:( No wonder we don't see too many new faces coming out. There should be a group of professionals responsible for talent scouting and taking care of aspirants too.
Oh well,we're still developing.:)
Actually if i do get the opportunity to start a production outfit,i will include such an agency to my outfit. You know some kind of new talent database. So that any time i need a new face,i can just dive into the database and scout through.
