    if she's nigerian she should know better and take the ring first( engagement means little)(besides theres a huge bling on it) then watch the guy for some few months to see if he's serious this time around.

    She is a full nigerian..what we call wazobia :action-sm she not all that interested in the bling...she has just resorted to watching the guy for now without having his ring

    BTW/ ... i woulda taken the bling...

    The level of commitmentphobic syndrome in the world is on the rise. No one can really guarantee the number of years the best of relationships will last. Please don't ask me for reasons or explanations. I just know that more and more pple are just putting up with whomever they found themselves living with. May the spirit of true love return to God-made instituition (Marriage). Amen.

    @Crazysis, I wish to drop my contributions as it seems your friend is the best person to decide. She does not really need advice from a third party. Love related matters require personal choice/decision because they mostly depend on feelings of the pple involved.

    Exactly. This is such a delicate issue that she's the only one who knows what she's feeling and no one can make their minds up for her.
