Ok so apparently I can no longer eat whatever the heck i want and get away with it.
tried on a pair of jeans last week and i couldn't fit in them!!!!
It snuck up on me...i mean...whoaaa
anyway, I have started exercising three times a week - jog/walk sundays, taebo twice during the week in the basement when I can fit it in between homework and mummyhood
anyway...this app called MyFitnessPal was recommended by a very kind person who took pity on me and didn't even laugh at me (she's been telling me for a while now that I can't eat junk and expect not to put on weight but did i listen? )
and I got overly excited when I searched for akara, and akamu and garri and okra soup and moimoi and it gave me the calories for each!!!! i was so very excited. of course i'm sure it's probably a rough estimate but still...woooohooooo
