my sister, i dont' know o. i guess because i was tryign to figure out the interesting name, only to see them reference her as Ify.ThickMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmm - the tings wey dis your korokoro eyes dey notice LOL!
i detest it. it's small children doing this now, dem never grow. most of the people on my friends list are my age and are mature. the girl was a friend of a friend and she'd commented on the picture i was looking at.I hate it more than anything. And TM, its been in vogue for over a year now, maybe your contacts just started using it. Its lame and razz. And i think it says a lot about the user.

My dear this thing has no age boundaries O! I think the more mature generation are even worst at this trend O! For some of them its their way of telling their peers that they are very much "current" and exposed! Infact, that "ha wara anya"! Yes that they have "been-to" and they know wussup!

Thank you very much! Let them feel free to shorten their names; we've been doing it forever... Chi, Ik, Ib and so on... but to purposely spell it in such a way that removes every ounce of 'Nigerianess/ism' or whatever we're going to call it is just plain dumb... Ok, ok if you're an international superstar we understand that so many of them don't use their 'real' names for marketing purposes.
But to twist ya name to that extent because inferior complex dey worri you get as e be!
One BIG ISSUE be say we no like our own thing at all. To fly Arik Air Naija man go ask if you dey craze, rather him go pay £4-5,000 for BA Business Class... so you go pay oyinbo man an extra £4,300 to let him know how much more betta than you him be?
If Germany make a car and tell their own people don't buy or drive this crap... You go drive am??
Until you like your own thing the International community no need to like am either.
