Quick "Finger Coils", define your twa - YouTube
Thanks Sammie, I will be getting the brush and the cream tomorrow. I'm off so I will try tomorrow, it looks so easy!!! Keep u posted, thanks for sharing. She looks like Nia.
Thanks sami. I'll see if that will work for me. Although mine is longer than 4 inches and very tightly coiled.
I use the curl ehancing smoothie and a few other of their products. I like them. This particular hairstyle looks like it could seriously damage your hair though. Unless there is another technique to achieve the same result.
Hey there, is it the technique or the hairstyle that you think may be damaging? I just did it this AM, waiting for my hair to dry bit it really does look nice. I just need a shape up and I will be good to go. Who knew it was this easy!!
Thanks for sharing, Sammy.
Yes. The technique. It looks like it would be very damaging on natural hair especially if the goal is length.

Sifu please explain what about it could be damaging the tiny curls look harmless ....and btw what does TWA mean please ....thanks
TWA = Teeny Weeny Afro.
and not to speak for Sifu, but she might mean that the technique may break your hair.
i suppose if you moisturize your hair well, there won't be any damage.
Sorry guys. TM you are exactly right. It just seems like it would break off a lot of hair but maybe as you said with adequate mositure it might not be as damaging
Sifu, how does the curl enhancer/definer work for you?
and which would you recommend?
i don't know what type my hair is, but it is tightly coiled and my shrinkage is out of this world. i don't want to spend all that money on kinky curly (you have to buy the whole range!! for it to work properly)
and emm...what exactly does the curl enhancer/definer do?
@ Sifu In the video it seems she put a lot of moisturizer ...... thanks TNM for explaining TWA Id been wanting to ask forever

I thought you meant the technique. I got a really soft brush and I was very gentle, but we shall see.
