Royal Arts Academy holds 2018 Spotlight Gala!

The staff and students of Royal Arts Academy held their End of Year Graduation/Spotlight event at Muson Centre on the 6th of December 2018. The event which was anchored by popular Comedian Julius Agwu took off to a great start and the students put up such performances as ‘Man Talk, Woman Talk by Ola Rotimi, Nollywood Scoundrels, Spoken Word performances, musical presentations etc. The Founder/CEO of Royal Arts Emem Isong-Misodi who was clearly elated had this to say; ‘It makes me glad that from a small acorn, Royal Arts has grown this large and has impacted this many people; youths that were gifted creatively now have a place and a platform to showcase their talent and make something of themselves; this has always been my dream and I am so glad to see it come true’.
During the event. graduation certificates were given to those students passing out, as well as plagues of Awards for Excellence which were given to past students such as Bolaji Ogunmola, Lelee Byoma, Okenwa Onwuchekwa etc who had distinguished themselves in the Entertainment industry. Several celebrities to felicitate with them such as Funny Bone the Comedian, Bobby Michaels, Ikechukwu, Leo of Big Brother Nigeria, Bimbo Ademoye, Adarora Ukoh, Uzodinma Okpechi, Kiki Omeili, Ian Wordi, Meg Otanwa, Chinny Love, Uduak Oguamanam, Bola Aduwo of Nollywood Access Magazine to name a few. The event was supported by the Public Affairs section of the US Embassy, Abuja
